The licence

Tuck & Seek is made by Lotus Apps, LLC. You use it under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the terms Apple provides for apps that don’t write their own. We don’t add any terms of our own; the rest of this page explains how buying works.

Purchases

Everything you can buy in Tuck & Seek is bought through the App Store, with your Apple Account: Tuck & Seek Plus and theme packs. Apple takes the payment and shows the price before you confirm. We never see your payment details. Refunds are Apple’s to give: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Theme packs and Tuck & Seek Plus for life are bought once and yours to keep. If you get a new iPhone, Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings brings them back.

Subscriptions

Tuck & Seek Plus is also a monthly or yearly subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current month or year. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal in the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a plan comes with a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
• To cancel or change plan: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Tuck & Seek. Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the time you’ve paid for.
• When Plus ends, nothing is taken away mid-game: a game in progress can be finished, and theme packs you bought on their own stay yours.

Privacy

Tuck & Seek collects nothing about you. The privacy policy says so in full.
